I LOVE THIS FAMILY! Sterling has been on my blog a couple of times….but this is the first time we’ve done a family session! It was so fun. Sterling proved to be as perfect as ever. You can hardly tell in these pics, but Sterling’s mom, Jessica, is pregnant. I can’t wait to meet their new little one (and I can’t wait to photograph him). ; )

A Very Photogenic Family

I had a wonderful portrait session with Jackie, Vinh, and Vivienne last weekend. The session was starring Vivienne, so we did lots of fun headshots of her. We also got lots of stuff of the whole family and Jackie & Vinh alone (they have SO MUCH chemistry!!!!). All three of them were part a wedding I shot in 2007 (Gina & Matt) and it was great to see them again. Since they are friends of Gina & Matt, it didn’t surprise me when I got to know them better that they are some of the nicest, most genuine people ever. And it is impossible for any one of these three to look bad in a photo. I hope we get to work together again soon!!
FYI: I’m leaving for Williamsburg tomorrow because I have a wedding there this weekend, so I won’t be answering emails until Monday!

A Little Payback

Talk about pressure….a photoshoot with your graphic designer and his wife who happens to be your best friend from college?! (Shout out to Back Right Room ; )) They were so fun to work with (of course) and have perfect looks. If it wasn’t for these two my business wouldn’t be where it is today. And I would have a much smaller number of hilarious stories from college to get to tell my kids someday. ; )

They wanted family pictures but Mason ended up sleeping through most of the session, but luckily we got this perfect shot right after he woke up! Isn’t he SO CUTE?!?!
