MY Newborn

Introducing my little angel…the most beautiful newborn I’ve ever worked with (well, she ties with our older daughter). ; )  She arrived premature and via c-section due to complications in my pregnancy, but she’s a very healthy growing girl.  Is it scary that one of the biggest reasons I was disappointed I had to have a c-section was because I knew it would be hard to photograph my newborn?!

She was 5 pounds 6 ounces when she was born and packed on the weight quickly (you’ll see how she grew in these shots!).  I got a few shots of her here and there when she was brand new.  As I started feeling better, she started becoming really colicky.  This little one is the toughest baby I’ve ever photographed since she rarely sleeps, and often screams.  All the hats in these photos were made by my mom!  Here are my favorites!
